All measurements given are approximate as many pieces are hand made.

Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% when applicable. This price list replaces all previous and the prices therein. Arbras Gallery reserve the right to alter the prices should manufacturer's prices or VAT rate change.

Cost of delivery is charged according to volume or weight and destination and it will be advised on confirmation of your order. All goods are despatched by secure delivery (Recorded Post, Special Delivery or Courier ) for which a signature will be required upon receipt. Most goods are despatched within 48 hours. Occasionally goods become temporarily unavailable and orders can take up to 5 weeks to complete. If you have a specific deadline, it is advisable to check availability first.

Damage in transit: Our goods are of the highest quality, and as such we guarantee to exchange any item deemed to be imperfect or refund your money. Receipt of imperfect goods must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Returns must be made within 3 working days of delivery. Damaged packaging must be kept for an inspection upon demand by the shipping company.Only once this has been adhered to will items be replaced or a full refund given.

How to order

Consult the cataloque to select the items and patterns of your choice. When you have made your choice you can either telephone, fax, e-mail or post us your order, along with your credit card details.

You may fax your order at any time. Please include your credit card details and contact numbers/e-mail address so we can confirm your order.

Ordering by e-mail:
Please e-mail your order to info@arbrasgallery.co.uk stating the item no., the full discription, quantity and price, your address, daytime telephone no. and e-mail address. We will contact you to confirm the order and collect payment. Please do not send your credit card details on one e-mail.
