All goods are despatched by secure delivery for which a signature will be required upon receipt.

Charges for UK shipments

Option 1 - Royal Mail Recorded Post    

- orders up to £100          @ £5.50  

- orders £100.01 - £200  @ £7.50

- orders £200.01 +           @  £10.50 

Option 2 - Royal Mail Next Day delivery

- orders up to £100          @ £8.50  

- orders £100.01 - £200 @  £10.50  

- orders £200.01 +          @ £12.50 

Option 3 - Courier (next day delivery)    

- orders up to £100        @ £10.50  

- orders £100.01 +         @ £12.50


Charges for International destinations

Small individual orders up to £100 will despatch with Royal Mail International post (signature is required on receipt)

EU countries     @ £14.00

Rest of world     @ £19.50 

Orders over £100 will despatch with a Courier (signature is required on receipt)

EU countries     @ £ 25.00 (orders £100.01 - £200) or £45 (orders £200.01 + )

Rest of world     @ £ 30.00 (orders £100.01 - £200) or £60 (orders £200.01 + )

We may adjust the shipping charge (up to 10%) up or down according to the weight or volume of your parcel and we will advise you on receipt of your order of the cost changes.

You are responsible for any local duty and /or administration charges incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas as we will not be liable for these.


Our goods are of the highest quality, and as such we guarantee to exchange any item deemed to be imperfect or refund your money.   

To return any products to us, please email us at and we will send you a returns address.

Receipt of imperfect goods must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Returns must be made within 3 working days of delivery.

Damaged packaging must be kept for an inspection upon demand by the shipping company. Only once this has been adhered to will items be replaced or full refund given.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the item within 7 days from receipt in the original condition in presentation box for a refund or replacement. We will refund your credit card for the item value provided that you have returned this item by Recorded Post at your cost, and that we have received it in the condition that it was supplied to you.

Engraved goods may not be returned or refunded, please take extra care when stating your instructions.
